Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EMEA region.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
  • Sales and Account Management
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales quotas.
    • Manage a portfolio of accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes.
    • Provide regular updates and progress reports to management.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • Native proficiency in German and fluency in English.
    • Previous experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally within the IT sector.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a quota-driven, phone-based environment.
    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and competitive mindset.
    • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
