Job Description
This pivotal role involves generating high-quality leads, supporting Account Executives (AEs), and achieving business goals. As a Key Account Growth Specialist, you'll execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calls, emails, and marketing efforts, building strong relationships with prospects and qualifying leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need native Spanish language proficiency and fluency in English. You should have at least one year of experience in high-volume cold-calling and business development, with a proven track record of using email campaigns and CRM tools like Hubspot. Strong communication skills, autonomous mindset, and ability to determine lead qualification are essential.
