We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to manage a portfolio of German SME clients in Malaga, Spain. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with a collaborative team to exceed growth targets and deliver exceptional client value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full management of a portfolio of German SME clients, focusing on growth and retention strategies
  • Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Proactively manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed growth targets
  • Seek out new business opportunities through self-generated leads, client referrals, and sister companies
  • Ensure premium value delivery aligned with client goals, fostering strong client relationships and customer advocacy
  • Monitor client opportunities, risks, and threats to maintain and grow long-term relationships
Requirements:
  • Native-level German and fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proven experience working in or for the German market
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Creative thinker with a challenger mindset, capable of identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and sales processes simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
  • Exceptional communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to confidently engage with senior executives and influence decision-makers
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand client needs, driving results and uncovering new business opportunities
  • Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach to sales
  • Ability to inspire innovation and drive change within the organization
