Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Personalbüro U. Herrmann.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a sales professional to develop and maintain relationships within existing accounts, driving sustained growth and profitability through proactive management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management
  • Create business environments for sustained growth on accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships within accounts to maintain long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity
  • Research new sales opportunities within existing portfolios of accounts
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
  • Foster profitability through proactive management
  • Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets
  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipelines
  • Respond promptly to customer or partner inquiries
Requirements
  • Proficient or bilingual in Dutch with advanced English skills
  • Solid sales background and previous experience in B2B sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Achievement and goal-oriented, motivated, and self-starter
  • Previous experience working with channels
  • Dynamic and energetic

Estimated Salary Range

€45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
