We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Personalbüro U. Herrmann.
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for a sales professional to develop and maintain relationships within existing accounts, driving sustained growth and profitability through proactive management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management
- Create business environments for sustained growth on accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships within accounts to maintain long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity
- Research new sales opportunities within existing portfolios of accounts
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
- Foster profitability through proactive management
- Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipelines
- Respond promptly to customer or partner inquiries
- Proficient or bilingual in Dutch with advanced English skills
- Solid sales background and previous experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication skills
- Achievement and goal-oriented, motivated, and self-starter
- Previous experience working with channels
- Dynamic and energetic
- Attractive remuneration package with capped sales bonuses
- Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM
