Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager at Games Workshop, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our trade partners, ensuring they have the right range in stock, and advising them on product needs to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship of trust with customers.
  • Ensure timely stock checks and reordering of sold stock.
  • Inform customers of new product ranges and identify opportunities to close sales.
  • Grow the number of customers committed to our stockist programme.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service and time management skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with business partners and colleagues. You will also need to be able to influence existing clients and grow sales. Language ability is also essential, as you will need to speak German and English plus ONE of the following languages to a fluent business level: French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Spanish, Polish, Norwegian, Romanian, Slovak, Czech, Finnish, Greek, Portuguese or Danish.

Working Hours and Benefits

The working hours are 40h per week, Monday to Friday 09.00 to depending on your territory. The offer includes relocation support, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets), pension plan, opportunity to gain extra four days holiday per year, staff discount (between 25% and 50% discount on our products) and option to join our Share Save scheme.
