Drive Growth and Success in Pharmaceutical Sales

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Professional to join our team at Syneos Health. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key accounts to drive growth and success in the pharmaceutical industry.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about delivering results and building strong relationships with clients. As an Account Development Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts. Your goal will be to identify new business opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and deliver sales objectives that align with the company's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account engagement plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Business Development and Business Units, to ensure alignment and effective execution of account strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on account activity, progress, and performance metrics
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a biological science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of Inside Sales experience, Lead Generation, Customer Relationship development and management, predominantly via phone
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills; proficiency in German is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research using various online resources
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
