About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Strategist to revolutionize our approach to sourcing and onboarding technical talent. You will collaborate with our technology divisions to implement a talent acquisition strategy across various technical roles. As an integral member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with our technology leaders to identify and attract top-tier engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize full-lifecycle recruiting techniques to build and engage networks, assess, and hire qualified senior engineering talent.
- Source active and passive candidates from various channels and communities, including online databases, employee referrals, events, networking, research, etc.
- Develop strategic plans with leaders to establish hiring strategies and provide solutions that redefine our recruitment approach for diverse technical talent.

Hiring Experience
- Advocate for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring regular touchpoints and diligent follow-through for an outstanding candidate experience.
- Build relationships with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team goals, and establish talent acquisition strategies.

Data/Analytics
- Manage weekly and quarterly recruitment dashboards.
- Leverage data to influence decisions on hiring approaches and strategies.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of recruitment experience in a corporate setting.
- Understanding of recruitment marketing trends and enthusiasm for customer experience, technological advancements, and innovative practices.
- Demonstrable prowess in organizational management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative and transparent work ethic that thrives in a team-centric environment.
- Openness to constructive feedback as an avenue for growth, both as a recruiter and as a strategic partner in the organization.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
