About the Role: Account Growth and Retention
As a sales professional, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding contract values with mid-sized clients in Czechia. With revenue targets between $50 million and $750 million per year, this role requires native-level fluency in Czech and English. Located in our Barcelona office, you must reside within commuting distance to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner with C-level executives across various organizations, managing member research contracts, and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

Requirements:
Fluency in Czech and English, a Bachelor's or Master's degree (any discipline welcome), and graduation by 2025 eligibility. Desired experience includes prior sales or target-focused success, excellent communication skills, executive presence, sales acumen, and a competitive nature. You should drive results, challenge yourself, and aid teammates in achieving their goals.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - 110,000 USD, considering the location and industry standards.
