Job SummaryIn this role, you will have the chance to participate in initiatives related to Installed Base (IB) management. Your daily tasks will involve gathering business requirements on IB data and driving improvements. You will also represent the business in the IB core team, showcasing your expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Support and coach businesses to establish and leverage IB management as a basis for enhancing customer relationships and increasing share of wallet/customer satisfaction.
- Develop the overall business case for IB management roadmap and individual initiatives, in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Lead the common Service IB management process and tools, supporting factories in their integrations to the IB database.
- Work closely with the global support team and related process owners to ensure that Super User support is in place, utilizing them to work on data quality improvements and ensure consistent and smooth end-to-end processes and user/customer experience.
- Develop, maintain, and follow Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
You are skilled in working with data and quality management, with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. You are highly adept in MS Excel, Power BI, and database management software/platforms. You have 1-2 years of experience in industrial service operations, focused on electric-electronic equipment. You possess proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills. You hold a degree in Industrial/Electrical Engineering and are proficient in Spanish and English. You also hold a current driving license type B and VISA/work permit in Spain.
