Job Description:

As a Territory Sales Manager at Broadcom, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within a designated geographical area or assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on selling VMware's products, with a strong emphasis on our new Subscription Commercial Bundles to maximize the renewal of existing installed base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify new sales opportunities, driving them through the sales cycle to close.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Partner closely with internal and external resources to engage and develop long-term relationships and drive business.
  • Deliver the VMware roadmap and journey, both verbally and visually, to customers and stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, with a focus on maximizing revenue and growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Location:

This role is considered flexible, with a mix of working from a local Broadcom office and remote work depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager. You will be expected to live within a reasonable non-daily commute of the office.
