Francophone Territory Lead

Our client is the largest and first licensed on/off-ramp platform for stablecoins in Africa.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annumJob Description:As a Regional Manager, Francophone, you will be responsible for establishing our client's local operations in Ivory Coast and building a profitable business. You will work closely with the corporate marketing team to design and execute a locally relevant marketing strategy.
You will be the voice of our client's customers in meetings with their customer service, marketing, IT, and executive teams. Your role will involve meeting with banks, vendors, and government officials as needed.
Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to create a strategic business plan of operations and growth in Ivory Coast
- Monitor our client's financial standing by following numbers and metrics
- Identify and implement new opportunities to grow a successful business
- Pitch in during key project deployments wherever needed for successful delivery of products and solutions
You will also attend events related to our business idea, plan, and develop strong relationships with potential partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience, ideally in FinTech/crypto environment
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience working within Ivory Coast or Senegal
- IT background and strong understanding of FinTech industry advantageous
- Able to direct your own days, identify worthwhile projects, and take actionable steps

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiations and relationship-building skills, as well as excellent analytical, organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
