About the Role
Hyland is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to lead our sales efforts in the Middle East territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating revenue and meeting your quota by selling our software and services to new customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive sales plan to meet/exceed established quota
- Research and identify target customers in the Middle East region
- Prospect and develop business relationships with potential customers
- Leverage knowledge and experience to educate potential customers on the benefits of our solution
- Record all customer account information in our CRM, including opportunities, commitments, significant conversations, customer visits or sales calls
- Support sales solution engineers in the development and presentation of software demonstrations to potential customers
- Provide information and support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process
- Ensure effective transition of new prospects/end-users from pre-sale process to implementation; remain actively involved in process
- Develop and communicate accurate sales forecasting on a real-time basis
- Develop and maintain pipeline
- Evaluate new lead prospects generated by sales associates and qualify as genuine sales opportunities, as appropriate
- Actively contribute ideas to improve sales process and overall growth and quality of the sales team
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in sales, preferably in the software industry
- Microsoft Windows and Office proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others
- Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage work to completion with minimal oversight
- Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
