Cloud Contact Center Consultant Expert

Sabio Group is a leading independent UK Contact Centre solution supplier, working with global brands to create high-quality, secure, and robust platforms. We are now seeking a highly skilled Cloud Contact Center Consultant Expert to join our team in Madrid.

As a valued member of our Delivery department, you will lead the design and deployment of Genesys PureCloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure. Your expertise will enable us to provide exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecom, Math, or a related major
  • 2+ years' experience with Genesys PureCloud product
  • Experience as a voice network engineer designing and deploying contact center solutions

A competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, plus benefits including remote work options, pension scheme, life insurance, and private health coverage, makes this an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals.
