Cloud Partner Account Manager With German Language Expertise

Drive Cloud Revenue Growth

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Partner Account Manager to join our team at Acronis. As a key member of our Inside Sales Channel Management organization, you will be responsible for driving quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners.
  • Develop and execute account plans with managed partners, taking into consideration their engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness.
  • Train new and existing partners on existing and new products, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed.
  • Guide partners through the onboarding and enablement stage, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to increase operational efficiency.
  • Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and retain existing customers.
  • Drive partner satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute successful upsell/cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase new services attach rate.
  • Engage and orchestrate internal resources to support partner growth.
  • Profile managed partners on vendors and tools they sell/use, ensuring a minimum of 80% fields are filled out in the Partner Passport.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the MSP channel software industry, with experience in channel sales, partner account management, or channel development.
  • Proven experience in a Cyber Security company, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols.
  • Experience in selling Professional Service Automation (PSA) or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software services.
  • In-depth channel and field sales knowledge, with an understanding of the cloud market business model.
  • Strong presentational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product features and answer customer questions.
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in German and English, with a passion for Data Protection and Cyber Security.
