Cloud Partner Account Manager Job Description

Acronis is a global leader in cyber protection, providing natively integrated solutions that monitor, control, and protect data for businesses and individuals. We are seeking a skilled Cloud Partner Account Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through account planning, partner enablement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners
  • Perform territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners
  • Develop and execute account plans with managed partners, leveraging data protection and cyber security expertise
  • Train new and existing partners on existing and new products, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed
  • Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base and attract new customers
  • Drive partner satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle
  • Engage and orchestrate internal resources to support partner growth and success
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, with a focus on channel sales, partner account management, or channel development
  • Strong understanding of the cloud market business model and channel knowledge
  • Excellent presentational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product features and answer customer questions
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills
