**About the Role**

You will be working with an AI-driven security solution designed to protect IoT devices, products, and data. Your team's mission is to ensure customer success through the successful renewal of BlackBerry's next-generation software services. Your primary focus will be to run sales cycles with existing clients from management to C-Level, consistently and predictably ensuring contract renewals. This is a DACH-based quota closing role with a focus on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland markets, ranging from SMB to Enterprise market customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Run the sales process and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals of subscription-based contracts
* Act as a resource by providing exceptional customer service through answering questions and resolving subscription issues
* Consistently utilize Salesforce CRM tools to track and manage activity, forecast business, and process orders
* Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in BlackBerry, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint

**Requirements**

* First language: German + Excellent proficiency in English
* Min 6 months+ of proven B2B sales experience
* Ability to work on a hybrid model from our Barcelona office
* Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters
