Job Title: Digital Sales Associate

As a Digital Sales Associate, you will be part of our new Digital Sales Hub for EMEA in Barcelona, where you will have the opportunity to start your career in digital sales and make a lasting impact on a growing technology company.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sales and technology to join our team as Digital Sales Associates for the West EMEA region. If you have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B, and strong communication skills in English, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage clients: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Service delivery: Act as the primary point of contact for digital service inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Renewal strategy: Develop and execute tailored renewal strategies for each client, leading negotiations to ensure contract renewal.
  • Problem resolution: Address and resolve post-sales issues, collaborating with multifunctional teams to resolve problems.
  • Coverage of accounts: Maintain in-depth knowledge of client business environments, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Data-driven sales: Utilize data and market intelligence to drive sales, identify sales opportunities, and execute targeted sales campaigns.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve account management and sales strategies.
  • Client defense: Represent client interests within the organization, defending client success stories to drive referrals and testimonials.
