Job Title: Digital Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Associate to join our team in Barcelona. As a Digital Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the latest industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
