Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing B2B organization in Barcelona. As a founding member of our dynamic team, you will be at the forefront of helping our partner companies grow by working with them from prospecting to closing deals and nurturing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting: Identify and filter potential new customers to build your client portfolio.
  2. Initiating Contact: Establish initial contact with potential new customers through calls, LinkedIn, and emails.
  3. Qualifying Potential Customers: Evaluate whether they possess the qualities that make them suitable for our service.
  4. Solution Selling: Inquire about customer needs, advise them on our solution to their problem, and highlight the value of meetings with C-level decision-makers.
  5. Closing Sales: Close deals and build long-term customer relationships.
  6. Collaboration: Work with other teams to achieve common goals.
  7. Industry Knowledge: Develop your knowledge of different industries and markets.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English, additional European languages an advantage.
  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of B2B sales experience.
  • Results-Oriented: Passionate about reaching targets and seeing results.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to attract new potential clients.
  • Social Skills: Great social and co-operative skills.
  • Adaptability: High energy level and a can-do attitude, readiness to take on challenges and grow with us at ME.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. Our compensation package also includes a commission-based structure and benefits such as private health insurance and extra holiday days.
