Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Formalize. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new sales opportunities through outbound efforts, focusing on the Whistleblower Software product.
- Identify, contact, and communicate with potential customers or partners to organize client meetings.
- Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.
- Native proficiency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
- Able to work 40 hours/week at the Madrid office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
