About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Formalize. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound efforts, focusing on the Whistleblower Software product.
  • Identify, contact, and communicate with potential customers or partners to organize client meetings.
  • Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.
Requirements
  • Native proficiency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
  • Able to work 40 hours/week at the Madrid office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Recruitment Process

IQ test and case preparation for the last interview (homework). 60-minute in-person final interview with the Hiring Manager and relevant stakeholders.
