Job Title: Commercial Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to join our team at The Rank Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing the commercial strategy for our iGaming brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets
- Lead a commercial team to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and revenue streams
- Oversee market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Manage and optimize pricing strategies, promotions, and customer acquisition costs
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a senior-level commercial or operational leadership role
- Proven success in leading and managing an iGaming brand P&L
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets and driving financial performance
