Sales and Business Development Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales of the Balchem nutritional portfolio in assigned territories across S. Europe and North Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a distributor network to ensure the successful introduction of Balchem's minerals and nutrients into all sales channels.
- Develop and manage key accounts directly, cooperating with Balchem's global teams for the management of international key accounts.
- Work closely with salespeople and product developers from contract manufacturers, as well as with R&D, marketing, and business development managers of brand owners.
- Conduct strategic and operational market analyses to identify potentials and develop them step by step.
- Achieve ambitious sales targets, profitability, and other KPI targets as defined by the sales director.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of the dietary supplement market in S. Europe and North Africa. They will be able to manage and support a distributor network, develop and manage key accounts, and work closely with various stakeholders. The candidate will also have excellent analytical and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
This is a home-based role with regular travel to assigned territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a region with existing and future customers.
