Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Travel Sales Representative to join our team as a Sales Agent. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, identifying their needs, and making recommendations for our travel products. You will also be responsible for applying best practices to identify consumers' budget, timeline, and decision-making processes with a high-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer requests and provide personalized recommendations for our travel products
  • Apply best practices to identify consumers' budget, timeline, and decision-making processes
  • Deal with customer complaints, reviews, or refunds in a professional and timely manner
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of our travel products and packages
  • Maintain operation integrity by following policies and procedures
  • Maintain individual goals and achieve company targets

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively
  • High flexibility and schedule adaptation
  • Fluency in English; we have a special interest in multilingual talents

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous contact center experience in the Travel industry
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or any relevant field
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Amadeus, or other CRM's
  • Sound knowledge of travel trends
