Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and customers, identifying their needs and making recommendations for our travel products.
  • Apply best practices to identify consumers' budget, timeline, and decision-making processes, delivering high-end results.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of our travel products and packages, maintaining operation integrity by following policies and procedures.
  • Maintain individual goals and achieve company targets, working collaboratively with the team to drive success.

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
  • High flexibility and schedule adaptation, with the ability to work polyvalent schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English, with a special interest in multilingual talents.
