Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Sales Agent to provide exceptional service to our customers and help us achieve our goals. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, identifying their needs, and providing personalized recommendations to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer requests and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations to meet their travel goals
  • Work closely with the Sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in other languages such as English, French, Spanish, and others
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Amadeus, or other CRM systems
