Our Global Sales Incentives and Compensation team is seeking an experienced Sales Commissions Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and optimizing sales commission E2E processes from quota setting to commission pay-out. As a reliable partner to regional and global teams, you will work closely with stakeholders to harmonize and optimize frameworks and processes around sales commissions.
As a Sales Commissions Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Designing and optimizing sales commissioning E2E processes
- Partnering with regional and global teams to harmonize and optimize frameworks and processes
- Ensuring accurate and timely sales commission calculations and reporting
- Identifying requirements and gaps in data, mechanics, metrics, and calculation principles
- Driving improvements and ensuring process efficiency
You will also be responsible for designing a global governance framework, approval process, objection management, and ensuring compliance. Additionally, you will continuously evaluate and improve Sales commissioning processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
This role requires collaboration with various stakeholder teams, including Sales Compensation, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, BI/Data, Partner, Marketing, Customer Success, Business IT, and others. You will foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture while embodying our core values and helping strengthen the company culture by being an inspiring role model.
