Key Account Growth Specialist with Russian

About the RoleThis is a full-time position based in Sevilla requiring a native-level Russian speaker with fluent English skills. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, CRM expertise, and strong written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities- Making outbound calls to promote and sell our service
- Creating, maintaining, and updating customer databases with complete information
- Consolidating existing customer bases while building new ones
- Recording call history and customers' responses in detail
- Ensuring timely follow-up with customers
- Monitoring competitors' products or services and developing selling strategies
- Handling customer needs and requirements
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Native level of Russian with fluent English
- Previous sales experience
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong written and oral business communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full-time position (39 hours/week)
- Salary: 21,080€ gross/year + up to 3,720€ gross/year for additional bonuses
- Hybrid working model in Barcelona
