Electrical Sales Growth Specialist

As an Electrical Sales Growth Specialist at ABB, you will be responsible for driving sales volumes and margins in the commercial organization of Drive Products for Málaga, Granada, and Almería. This role requires a strong ability to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop effective solutions for customers by using knowledge of their needs and ABB's products.
- Monitor customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities with the marketing team.
- Work with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Prepare sales plans and bids with technical and financial accuracy, working with marketing and other departments.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales.
- Solid knowledge of drives, PLCs, electric motors, and the industry as a whole.
- A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- A degree in electrical or electronic engineering.
- Proficiency in Spanish and basic-intermediate level English.
- Familiarity with Office 365 (Excel, etc.) and CRM (SalesForce).
- A valid driving license in Spain and a work permit.
