We are seeking a Commercial Technical Sales Specialist to strengthen our team in North Europe. This role is critical in building new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones within the energy production sector, focusing on the maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the commercial relationship between our company and export clients, primarily for spare parts for marine engines.
  • You will ensure that existing customers have access to necessary parts and services on time.
  • A significant portion of your time will be spent identifying new markets, following up on customer leads, and advising potential export clients on spare parts.

Daily tasks include preparing quotes, answering calls, understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and monitoring the competition. You will translate customer needs to internal teams and hand over sales opportunities in a structured way to operational teams.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical-commercial field.
  • Fluent in English with a good command of French.
  • Interest in engines and a technical background.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar commercial role, focusing on technical sales.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain an overview and stay calm in challenging situations.
