Job Title: Sales Specialist for Coronary North Spain

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team in North Spain. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the coronary area.

Your Role:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts to ensure Philips is a preferred supplier.
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts to maximize the output of the sales group.
  • Creating optimal offers to the accounts in collaboration with marketing, services, and supply chain teams.
  • Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region.
  • Creating account plans for each account, translating budgeted targets into specific strategies and actions.
  • Driving the performance of the functions in the account team to achieve goals.
  • Systematically analyzing and reporting sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends to propose improvements.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
  • Building a strong relationship with KOLs from North Spain.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in the related field with specific knowledge of the market and stakeholders in the Cardiology area and in the medical device sector.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • English and Spanish language skills.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
