Job Title: Sales Specialist for Coronary North Spain
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team in North Spain. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the coronary area.
Your Role:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts to ensure Philips is a preferred supplier.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts to maximize the output of the sales group.
- Creating optimal offers to the accounts in collaboration with marketing, services, and supply chain teams.
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region.
- Creating account plans for each account, translating budgeted targets into specific strategies and actions.
- Driving the performance of the functions in the account team to achieve goals.
- Systematically analyzing and reporting sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends to propose improvements.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
- Building a strong relationship with KOLs from North Spain.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the related field with specific knowledge of the market and stakeholders in the Cardiology area and in the medical device sector.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- English and Spanish language skills.
- Availability to travel.
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
