About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Spain. As a Sales Hunter for ZF's SCALAR Fleet Management Solution, you will be responsible for acquiring new business in the North of Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking, to generate a high-quality lead pipeline.
  • Manage assigned Marketing Qualified Leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Conduct effective in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within the prospect or customer organization.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution, emphasizing benefits, added value, and customization. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead to close, including effective negotiations to secure profitable agreements.
  • Proactively manage the pipeline to ensure target achievement. Maintain up-to-date records within our CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Share field insights for product improvement and marketing campaigns.
About You

We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in selling solutions, preferably with at least 5 years of work experience. Experience in SaaS Solutions and/or the transport/logistics sector is not required but is a clear advantage. You should have an enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset. Self-motivation and adaptability are essential in this role.

You will be fluent in Spanish and English, and open to working independently from home and traveling within the assigned sales territory (traveling requirement: up to 75% or 3-4 days a week).
