We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. Key Responsibilities- Pricing and Revenue Strategy
- Analyze competitive sets, price positioning, and future market needs to inform revenue growth strategies.
- Support and execute market-wide strategy and promotion implementation to drive revenue growth.
- Revenue System Optimization
- Perform ongoing revenue system health-checks and optimization to ensure maximum revenue potential.
- Monitor and maintain rate parity across all distribution channels.
- Market Intelligence and Analysis
- Monitor market and competitor developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to inform revenue growth strategies.
- Team Collaboration and Development
- Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Management to develop and implement revenue growth strategies.
- Train and mentor team members on revenue management best practices and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in revenue and reservations management.
- Experience with booking systems, revenue management systems, GDS, OTA extranets, and channel managers.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a high-level attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to take ownership of important issues, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to our unique company culture.
- Humility and openness to ideas, with a willingness to try new approaches.
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and driving revenue growth.
