We are seeking an ambitious AI Sales Leader to spearhead our new AI sales team in Spain. About NOA
Our AI solutions aim to improve efficiency and enhance patient care in the healthcare sector. As an AI Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving the growth of NOA in Spain, negotiating high-level deals with clients, and managing a small sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead high-level negotiations and close deals with clients to drive revenue growth (60%).
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment (20%).
• Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the AI solutions market (10%).
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team (10%).
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• At least 2 years of experience selling tech solutions within the SaaS or AI industry.
• A degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead a small sales team.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in various industries.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Spanish.
