Administrative Support Associate

Gh&S is seeking an experienced Receptionist Assistant to join our team in Málaga. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome for our guests.
Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to manage the day-to-day activities of our reception desk. This includes greeting and welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing information on local attractions and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, responding to their needs and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Check-in/Check-out: Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Managing Reservations: Assist with managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring that all bookings are up-to-date and accurate.
- Providing Information and Recommendations: Offer advice and guidance on local attractions, restaurants, and activities, helping guests to make the most of their stay.
- Handling Guest Inquiries and Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborating with the Housekeeping Department: Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure that rooms are ready for occupancy, and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
- Assisting with Daily Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, to ensure that the reception area runs smoothly.
Requirements:
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Geographical Mobility: Have the ability to relocate to Málaga and commute to the workplace.
- Teamwork and Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Necessary Knowledge: Proficient in office automation software, with experience in customer service.
- Driver's License and Vehicle: Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
