Job DescriptionThis role makes it possible for Packlink to lead shipping services in Europe, working in 10 different countries.
The team's mission is to provide a simple and resolute customer service experience, delighting customers and integrating new talents into the team.
- Attend live chats and reach customers on the phone when necessary.
- Support the sales team for queries related to customer service.
- Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
Key responsibilities include providing friendly and efficient service, managing complaints, and resolving situations between customers and providers.
Respond professionally to inbound phone calls, chats, and emails, identifying and escalating issues when necessary.
Compose thoughtful and accurate message responses, proactively working to meet customer service KPIs.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must be a native or proficient Italian speaker (C2 level).
You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, ideally within the logistics sector.
Familiarity with online customer service platforms, including online chat and ticketing systems, is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as a team-oriented attitude, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a quick learner.
- Experience in a SaaS company is desirable.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
We provide a clear and transparent compensation plan with a salary range of 18,000 - 19,000 USD depending on experience.
You will also receive 99% discount on personal shipment orders via Packlink.Pro, up to 150 USD/year to match NGO donations, and volunteer day: 1 day off per year for volunteering activities.
Additionally, you will receive a referral fee bonus of 1k-3K for referring top-class talent, great work-life balance, flexible work schedule, and an inclusive and upbeat work environment.
