**Job Summary**

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales, productivity, and service excellence in our stores. To achieve this, the successful candidate will utilize Coach selling skills and Service training to consistently meet or exceed expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of individual productivity and its impact on store success

• Behave as a brand ambassador, embodying the Coach values and image

• Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs

• Maintain high energy levels on the sales floor to provide an engaging customer experience

• Consistently achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service

• Ability to work with multiple customers simultaneously, anticipating and meeting their needs

• Service all customers according to the Coach Approach standards

• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance standards

• Champion company initiatives and support management decisions

• Demonstrate professional ethics and communicate effectively with customers and staff
