The RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated Strategy and Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our product and go-to-market strategies within the Boomi ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and develop opportunities between Boomi and strategic ecosystems to create value propositions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Create detailed business cases, including financial modeling and ROI analysis, to support new initiatives and investments.
  • Ascertain value drivers for joint customers and develop strategies to enhance their experience and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements and innovations that drive customer value.
  • Work with GTM teams to develop strategies that accelerate sales and expand addressable market.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities to enhance Boomi's ecosystem and drive mutual value creation.
  • Present strategic recommendations and business cases to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Your BackgroundYou should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy consulting, investment banking, business development, or corporate strategy roles, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. You'll also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
