Sales Productivity Strategist

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Productivity Strategist to join our team at Databricks. As a key member of our sales operations team, you'll be responsible for driving sales productivity and effectiveness through analysis and optimization of our sales motions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize sales motions to improve productivity and effectiveness.
- Develop and track key performance indicators related to sales motions and AE productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and support sales motions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in GTM strategy & ops leadership roles.
- In-depth understanding of GTM S&O functional areas, including annual planning, forecasting, pipeline management.
