We are ambi.Careers, a talent marketplace and dedicated recruitment agency, designed to connect non-tech professionals with exciting job opportunities in startups, scaleups, and innovative tech companies.

We are looking for a Business Development Freelancer to join our team and help us expand our business and create a global recruitment brand. As a City Manager, you will be responsible for generating company referrals via your networking and will receive a portion of the revenue generated via your referrals (15% of the fees of successful recruitment processes or subscription clients).

The ideal candidate will have a strong network and be able to generate high-quality referrals. You will have guidance from our team and will receive all the necessary instruction, pitch, and support to perform at your best and generate more and more referrals.

This is a unique opportunity to start generating decent extra revenue and evaluate new opportunities. You will have zero investment to partner with ambi.Careers and will be able to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
