Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our Expedia Media Solutions team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving new account acquisition and revenue growth in the TravelAds program.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new business and expand existing relationships with Expedia Group customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and their account teams, including key buyers and decision-makers.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business goals and recommend products and services that meet their needs.
- Complete account plans that outline tactics to acquire and maintain business, and gather data to inform future strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English and a second language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
