Chemical Sales Development Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Chemical Sales Development Representative to drive business growth in our microwave-assisted synthesis, digestion, FTIR, and Raman spectroscopy product lines within the territory of TX, OK, AR, and LA.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new accounts and effectively manage existing ones.
- Present to small and large audiences, including C-suite executives, production and lab managers, and technicians.
- Qualify opportunities, develop and present proposals, and close business.
- Travel up to 50-60% for meetings, demonstrations, and installations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in technical sales or analytical instruments sales is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a natural science or engineering is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and passport are required.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $81,000 to $91,700 per year. The commission plan is uncapped, pays monthly from the first dollar, and includes bonuses for exceeding targets. We offer full benefits, a profit-sharing contribution to your 401(k), and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years. A sign-on bonus opportunity is also available.
