Amazon is revolutionizing the grocery shopping experience, and we're seeking a talented Grocery Partnerships Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Worldwide Grocery Partnership team, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding new partners and supporting existing ones optimize their business inputs KPIs.
About the Role:
We're looking for a self-starter who is comfortable around tech, motivated to drive complex projects, and adept at working with multiple stakeholders (internal, external, tech, business) while seeking innovative solutions in ambiguous spaces. You'll need to be an expert at building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, possess great communication skills, and be an expert problem solver when facing blockers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify tech priorities for our partners and help mitigate tech challenges
- Proactively onboard new partners into different operating models, gathering their tech requirements to work with Amazon
- Deep-dive challenges and blockers around catalogue listing, finding solutions through outside-the-box thinking
- Effectively communicate project status and risks with partner teams
- Capacity to work independently, with guidance, but able to communicate effectively both externally and internally with our partners and business teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- English C1 or equivalent
- Spanish C1 or equivalent
- > 2 years experience in program/product management
- Experience owning/driving tech roadmaps
- Strong Excel skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in FMCG or supply chain
- SQL skills
- Other languages such as: French, Italian, German fluency
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Tech-background valuable
Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
