About the Role

As a Brand Partnerships Manager at TikTok, you will play a crucial role in building long-term partnerships with top brands across Europe. Our innovative advertising products are designed to create a native experience for our users and foster deep connections with our brand partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage client relationships within scale-ups
  • Drive deals to closure and retain revenue from advertisers
  • Provide exceptional sales and customer service to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering, and sales
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with brands in Spain
  • Background in advertising, digital, and programmatic sales, with app monetization experience a plus
  • Strong leadership and excellent communication skills to build, lead, and develop a high-caliber sales team
  • Demonstrated track record of leading a team to achieve and exceed revenue goals
