Lead Product Manager for Strategic Grocery Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Product Manager to join our team in ES, working closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and tech teams to drive the growth of Amazon's grocery business. This role will involve building strong relationships with our partners, onboarding new ones, and optimizing their performance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be comfortable discussing technical requirements, and have experience driving complex projects across multiple stakeholders. You should also be an expert at identifying tech priorities, mitigating challenges, and effectively communicating project status and risks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identify tech priorities for our partners and help mitigate tech challenges
  • Onboard new partners into different operating models, gathering their tech requirements to work with Amazon
  • Deep-dive challenges and blockers around catalogue listing, finding solutions through outside-the-box thinking
  • Effectively communicate project status and risks with partner teams

Requirements include:

  • Capacity to work independently, with guidance, but able to communicate effectively both externally and internally
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • English C1 or equivalent
  • Spanish C1 or equivalent
  • More than 2 years experience in program/product management
  • Experience owning/driving tech roadmaps
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience in FMCG or supply chain
  • SQL skills
