About the Role

As a Senior Sales Manager - Education Sector, you will create new business opportunities with Education centers, launching our self-financing product line.

This role involves establishing long-term relationships, developing and owning a pipeline of Education centers, and driving results through effective sales pitches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create new business opportunities with Educational merchants.
  • Develop and own a pipeline of Education centers.
  • Build and cultivate relationships to drive results.
  • Closing sales and achieving/exceeding monthly objectives.
  • Creating and implementing the sales strategy to sustain rapid company growth.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years selling into the education industry.
  • Strong network and connections to C-suite of Education centers within the Spanish, LATAM, or European markets.
  • Native level of Spanish and high level of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence.
  • Extremely organized, with the ability to prioritize and work results-oriented.
  • Proactive, looking for solutions to day-to-day situations.
  • Super energetic and motivated, with a constant and tenacious attitude.
  • Resilient, with a positive attitude and a "go for it" person.
  • Passionate about sales and technology.
  • Currently living in Barcelona or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
