As our Director of Talent Management, you will play a critical role in aligning our enterprise-wide talent strategy with our short- and long-term business goals.

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced Professional & Culture leader to join our team as Director of Talent Management. This role involves driving the execution of our Long-Range Talent Plan, ensuring robust processes for Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, and leadership talent development. You will oversee critical initiatives such as Career Hub enhancements, talent interventions for senior leaders and emerging talent, while fostering a culture of development and mobility across the organization.

**Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with the company's business objectives
• Drive the execution of the Long-Range Talent Plan, ensuring robust processes for Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, and leadership talent development
• Oversee critical initiatives such as Career Hub enhancements, talent interventions for senior leaders and emerging talent, while fostering a culture of development and mobility across the organization
• Collaborate closely with Digital P&C Operations, Learning teams, Inclusion & Diversity, and Leadership Development CoE to drive innovation in the talent strategy
• Represent CCEP in external forums and cross-systems, staying ahead of talent management trends to continuously enhance CCEP's approach to building and sustaining a world-class leadership bench

**Requirements:*** Proven experience in People & Culture leadership within a global, matrixed organization
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
* Strong understanding of talent management best practices and trends
