We are a leading global consultancy seeking an exceptional Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional to lead our recruitment strategies and drive business growth. With the objective of becoming the employer of choice, we aim to attract top talent and foster a culture of excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Functional Heads to identify and define talent requirements, ensuring seamless integration with our business objectives.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies aligned with industry trends, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Crossover, and Remote Sourcing to reach diverse talent pools.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with past and potential candidates, leveraging social media, job fairs, and university events to engage with top talent.
  • Liaise with potential candidates, arranging meetings with hiring managers and key stakeholders to facilitate smooth hiring processes.
  • Design and conduct interviews with potential candidates, evaluating their skills and fit for our organization.
  • Lead the Recruitment process from start to finish, including ad creation, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and finalizing job offers.
  • Negotiate job offers and agreements with candidates, ensuring fair compensation and benefits packages.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases and Applicant Tracking systems to optimize future recruitment efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and market standards to ensure our recruitment strategies remain effective.
  • Oversee the performance and development program, guiding candidates through their career paths and providing support for their growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; a minimum of 6 years of experience in HR, with 4 years focused on Talent Acquisition and Management.
  • Proven knowledge of recruitment practices, hiring techniques, and talent management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interviewing skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and a deep understanding of market trends and benchmarks.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
