We are looking for an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Expert to join our Global Business Recruiting team. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with various business areas, drive all recruiting efforts, and act as an advisor and trusted resource to Hiring Managers and their teams.
The Global Business Recruiting team at FlixBus is a high-impact team responsible for scaling and finding top talent across the business side of our company. You will be part of an international team distributed across Germany, Bulgaria, Spain, Mexico, India, and the USA. We're committed to growth and expansion, seeking a new colleague in either Munich or Sofia.
As an Expert Recruiter (m/f/d) at FlixBus, you'll enjoy a remarkably high degree of autonomy and ownership. You'll collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and C-Level/management to design and execute effective hiring strategies. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating best-in-class recruitment processes and finding the right fit for each team.
This is a strategic business partnership, where you'll work closely with stakeholders to grow teams with great people in multiple technical and business areas. You'll oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment process for Executive Searches, HR, and HQ business areas.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the entire end-to-end recruitment process for Executive Searches, HR, and HQ business areas.
- Partnering with Hiring Managers, C-Level, and their teams to design and execute effective hiring strategies.
- Establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders.
- Collaboration with all recruiting team members to innovate search strategies for talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
- Producing world-class talent pipelines with a focus on diversity across all hiring channels.
- Ownership and driving the offer process from beginning to end, ensuring a world-class candidate experience that aligns with our values.
- Championing the FlixBus culture and ensuring we hire individuals who align with our mission and values.
- Participating in major improvement projects to upgrade our hiring processes and infrastructure.
- Maintaining high data quality and standards across all tools and systems.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of full-cycle (executive) recruiting experience within fast-growing companies or scale-ups in a competitive market.
- International recruitment experience while being a HQ Recruiter (m/f/d) & knowledge of global recruitment best practices.
