Account Director

We're seeking a highly skilled Account Director to lead our Creative Solutions team for Brand Partnerships Spain.
As a key member of our team, you'll oversee project management, branded content, and process optimization, while fostering the growth of each team member.
Your goal will be to create a high-performance delivery team that achieves exceptional results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving different department teams for development and delivery of our biggest brand partnership projects in Spain and Portugal.
- Communicating priorities, deadlines, developments, and decisions to the team.
- Leading day-to-day communication with clients throughout project lifetimes.
- Conducting regular reporting and analysis of campaign work.
- Collaborating with the Brand Partnerships Sales team and Creative Strategist to interpret and respond to client briefs.
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key clients, partners, influencers, and colleagues.
