About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Blu Selection. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners and developing their business growth and margin based on our company's strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner Forecasting and Performance Management: Track partner performance using available tools and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Partner Pipeline Management: Identify new opportunities and drive successful and profitable closure of deals.
  3. Business Development: Develop and implement business plans to grow partner revenue and margin.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand partner needs and competition.
  5. Reseller Management: Identify and develop relationships with key resellers and partners.
  6. Training and Development: Provide guidance on HP certification training and co-develop partner business plans.
  7. Event Attendance: Attend country partner events to meet key partners and discuss business opportunities.
Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Native level of Norwegian and advanced level of English.
  2. Technical Sales Experience: Two years of related technical sales experience preferred.
  3. Channel Experience: Experience working in a channel environment, including working with partners and distributors.
  4. Negotiation and Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  5. Organizational Skills: Outstanding ability to organize, work with a team, and prioritize responsibilities.
  6. Sales CRM and Microsoft Office: Familiarity with sales CRMs and Microsoft Office.
